Az XPAC sorozat WES7-re épülő tagjai kombinálják az erős számítástechnikai hátteret a az IO portok sokszínűségét és az operátor felületet egyetlen HMI/adatgyűjtő és beavatkozó egységbe. Az egységek 1,3,vagy 7 kártya-bővítési lehetőséggel rendelkeznek melyek az ICPDAS I-9K vagy I-97K sorozatú bővítési lehetőségeit használják ki. További bővítés az RS232/RS485 illetve RJ45 Ethernet porton keresztül lehetséges.
The XP-9000-WES7 are WES7 based PACs that combine computing, I/O, and operator interface into a single unit, and provide the perfect solution for integrating HMI, data acquisition and control in an individual PAC. It is equipped with an Intel E3827/E3845 CPU, 1/3/7 I/O expansion slots and a variety of connectives including dual Gigabit Ethernet, VGA , USB port, RS-232 and RS-485 interface. Local I/O slots are available to use our I-9K and I-97K s eries I/O modules and remote I/O expansions are available to use Ethernet I/O modules and RS-485 I/O modules.

Mivel a WES7 a Windows 7 Win32 API-t használja, a legtöbb asztali alkalmazás fut az XPAC sorozat elemein is./ Since WES7 has the same Win32 API as Windows 7, most popular applications on desktop can run on XP-9000-WES7 PACs.

Hardveres tulajdonságok / Harware features

● Erős X86 CPU / Powerful CPU Module
The most important features of the CPU module are

  1. E3845 (1.91 GHz, quad core)/ E3827 (1.75 GHz, dual core) CPU
  2. 2GB SDRAM (DDR3)

● Built-in VGA Port
A built-in VGA port can be directly connected to a regular LCD display. Users can operate the HMI or SCADA software (running on the XP-9000-WES7) with display, keyboard and mouse just as how they usually did on regular PCs.

● 64-bit Hardware Serial Number
The 64-bit hardware serial number is unique and individual. Every serial number of XP-9000-WES7 PAC is different. Users can add a checking mechanism to their AP to prevent software from pirating.

● Rich I/O Expansion Ability (RS-232/485, USB, Ethernet)
Beside the local I/O slots, XP-9000-WES7 also provides several RS-232/RS-485/USB ports and two Ethernet ports to connect with serial/USB I/O and Ethernet I/O devices.

● Dual Watchdog Timer
A system could be hanged up when the OS or the AP fails. There are two watchdogs (OS watchdog and AP watchdog) designed to automatically reset the CPU when the situations happen. The design will increase the reliability of the system.

● Dual Ethernet Ports
XP-9000-WES7 provides two Gigabit Ethernet ports. The two Ethernet ports can be used to implement redundant Ethernet communication and separate Ethernet communication (one for global Internet, one for private Ethernet).

● Rugged RJ-45 connector for LAN1
The XP-9000-WES7 is equipped with a rugged and dustproof RJ-45 connector on the LAN1 port that is able to provide protection against both liquid and dust contaminants in harsh industrial environments, as well as protection against vibration and shock.


● Power/Communication spring clamp terminal connector
The spring clamp terminal block that is used for the Power/Communication connector in the XP-9000-WES7 offers advantages including anti-vibration, stable clamping, and easier installation.

● Metal Enclosure
The XP-9000-WES7 features a durable metal casing to provide high levels of impact resistance and flame resistance, and higher protection on EMS or other electromagnetic noises.

● Redundant Power Inputs
To prevent the XP-9000-WES7 from failing by the power loss, the power module is designed with two inputs. The XP-9000-WES7 can keep working even one power input fails, and mean while there is a relay output for informing the power failure.

● Fanless Design with Wide Operating Temperature Range
With the fanless design for embedded applications, the operating temperature range is -25°C to +75°C for the XP-9x71-WES7 series, as well as -25°C to +60°C for the XP-9x81-WES7 series.
