  I/O Expansion and I/O Modules

I/O bővítés
     A vezérlő egység - típustól függően - 4 vagy 8 belső I/O bővítési lehetőséget biztosít. A további bővítés RS485 porton keresztül un. külső egységgekkel lehetséges. Az RS485 port szolgál a 87K4 ill 87K8 egységek becsatolására. Ezekben az egységekben csak soros modulok helyezhetők el. Egy vezérlő egység 255 soros egység kezelésére alkalmas az RS485 porton keresztül.

I/O modulok
    A bővítő moduloknak két fajtája kapcsolható a 8xxx sorozathoz: soros és párhuzamos. A párhuzamos modulok csak a vezérlő egység bővítő portjaiba helyezhetők el, ezek száma korlátozott: 4, vagy 8. Soros modul akár a vezérlő modulban akár soros bővítő egységben elhelyezhető. Jelenleg több mint 40 I/O modult kínálunk, AD, DA, DI, DO számláló és frekv. mérő, mozgásvezérlő (léptetőmotor / szinkronmotor, enkóder, flash/SRAM és printer interfész.
    A modulok megválasztása és a hozzaférés (soros v párh) mindig a felhasználástól függ. IO bővítés nemcsak porton keresztül, de több vezérlő egység esetén hálózatból is elérhető!

Párhuzamos IO modulok
     A következő párhuzamos bővítési lehetőségek vannak:.

  • Gyors A/D: 100K mintavétel/sec.

  • Gyors  D/A: 30K  -10V --> +10V

  • Gyors   D/I & D/O

  • Gyors mozgásvezérlő modul: léptető/szervo

  • Gyors encoder modul.

  • Számláló / Frekvenciamérő module

  • Gyors többcsatorná RS-232/RS-422/RS-485 module

  • Printer interface és X-Socket interface modul

  • X-Socket interface modul  

I/O Expansion The main control unit provide 4 or 8 internal I/O expansion slots. An RS-485 port is provided for external I/O expansion.This RS-485 port is used to connnect to the I/O expansion units, 87K4 or 87K8. Only serial I/O  modules can be installed in the I/O expansion unit. The main control module can control up to 255 serial I/O  modules through one RS-485 port.

I/O Modules
There are two types of I/O modules, parallel and serial. The parallel modules are high speed modules and have to be installed in the Main Control Unit. The serial I/O modules can be installed in either the main control unit or expansion unit. There are over 40 different parallel/serial I/O modules available. These modules include D/I, D/O, A/D, D/A, Timer/Counters, motion control, encoder interfaces, Storage Flash, Battery backed-up SRAM, ASICKey and a Printer interface.
The modules can be mixed and matched to the application in either the 4 or 8-slot control unit. I/O expansion can either be achieved through an I/O expansion bus, or alternatively through connection to another controller to the network. 

Parallel I/O  Modules
Parallel I/O modules provide the following features.

  • High speed D/A: 30K from ˇV10V to +10V
